Proficiency Testing

• Proficiency Testing is an activity that uses inter laboratory comparison to determine the capabilities of laboratories and inspection institutions. It is also one of the necessary conditions for accreditation institutions to join and maintain the International Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA).

• CHEARI is the first group of CNAS Proficiency Testing Provider, we not only provide proficiency testing services for CNAS as an implementing agency, but also conduct business independently, at the same time providing data comparison services for industry associations, certification agencies, and enterprise groups, etc.As of December 2022,we have carried out up to 240 Proficiency Testing projects, covering all sub fields of the electrical field, as well as projects in the fields of chemistry, calibration, toys, etc. We have carried out international cooperation in many ways. In the past two years, we have successfully implemented the comparison project between China and Korea, and the comparison project between China and Saudi Arabia.

Measurement Audit

• Measurement Audit is a comparison between two laboratories (one of which is the designated reference laboratory) to determine the testing capabilities of participating laboratories.

• CHEARI has a complete system of Measurement Audit project.If the needs of participating laboratories cannot be met, we can design according to the needs of customers within the scope of approval, so as to better serve customers.At present, more than 80 measurement audit projects have been carried out, and nearly 1000 laboratories are served every year.

Reference Material

• Reference Material is an important part of the national standardization work in China, together with the written standards, it forms the complete standard system.Reference Material play an important role in ensuring the effective implementation of written standards, ensuring the accuracy of testing, improving product quality, promoting industrial upgrading, promoting scientific and technological innovation.

• CHEARI is the first CNAS Reference Material Producer in China electronic and electrical industry.As of December 2022, CHEARI has issued 50 Reference Materials, 9 items including GSB16-3941-2021 The Reference Materials of Air Conditioner for Cooling Capacity testing of Air Conditioner and GSB16-3963-2022 The Reference Materials of test package of Household refrigerating appliances are national certified reference materials, and 3 items including GBW(E)130637 Reference Material for Reflectivity of Carbon Black Contaminated Fabric and GBW(E)130702 Reference Material for Reflectivity of Sebum Contaminated Fabric are national secondary reference materials.

• Relying on CHEARI’s advantages, we provide customers with high-quality and efficient technical services, such as laboratory construction consulting and related supporting services, national laboratory accreditation consulting services, electrical laboratory testing technology training and technical standard training.

• CHEARI is the Secretariat of Electronic and Electrical Appliance Branch of China Inspection and Testing Society and also a national, academic, technical, professional, public welfare and non-profit social organization in the electronic and electrical appliance testing industry across departments and regions, in order to promote the prosperity and development of electronic and electrical appliance inspection and testing science technology, the growth and improvement of electronic and electrical appliance inspection and testing scientific and technical team, and also the high-quality development of electronic and electrical appliance inspection and testing industry.
