The One Axis & Two Wings Initiative:
Beijing headquarters plays its central role, further cementing longstanding competitive edge in leading home appliances industry development and technical advancement, undertakes government’s projects (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, State Administration for Market Regulation and so on), participates China Think Tanks’ strategy consulting, coordinates state-level research institutes and industrial organizations. On this basis, “One Axis, Two Wings” regional layout has been formed. The “One Axis” runs through the industrial clusters of Beijing, Anhui Province and Guangdong Province, which along north-south China. “Two Wings” connects the industrial clusters of Qingdao city (Shandong Province) and Cixi city(Zhejiang Province) in the east of China. The major four industrial clusters have full coverage. We promote the construction of the branches which firmly rooted in the industry clusters efficiently. Based on serving home appliance industry, the regional layout strategy is driving Cheari’s business to foray into Pan-house product and related products as well.
