The Industrial Product Standards Act authorizes the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) to be responsible for the certification of Thailand. Any manufacturer of products that meet Thai industrial standards can apply for product certification. For products that meet the standards, the TISI mark is allowed and affixed with the mark before it can be legally sold in the Thai market.
